Do any experienced Land Run competitors out there have any predictions about how muddy the course will be this year? Projected .75 inches of rain on Tuesday, but looks sunny the last few days before the race.

I am a first time competitor but I grew up here and ride the LR roads all the time. If we get only get an inch on Wednesday, the roads shouldn't be mucky. The E-W roads will still be muddy in spots but definitely rideable.

The biggest variable will be how much rain the Tuesday-Wednesday storms bring to the Stillwater area. Some reports were 2+- inches total but I am hoping for closer to 1". Weather is pretty finicky here in OK so, bring everything you have
I once had an awkward moment, just to see how it felt.
